Here’s a little blurb about me. 🙂

My name is Bunny, and I am a purple bunny. I am really into being a bunny, if you can’t tell! I have lots and lots of bunnies around my house. I am a good hopper! I like bunnies very much. Before I moved to San Francisco I used to volunteer at a rabbit shelter, and I am starting to look for one here to get involved in, too!

I am a Systems Engineer that works in Operations for a Bay Area Internet company! I don’t tell people which one. Lots of people have heard of the company I work for and everyone has an opinion about us, and I just don’t wanna hear it. I like where I work and I like what I do and that’s good enough for me. 🙂 I have a knack for troubleshooting complex systems and there are no shortage of them at work. It’s fun… till trouble shoots back. hehe 🙂

I am a kid at heart! I’m a kidfur with long-term caretaker and everything. I have someone that I call my “furry Mom” and we’ve adopted each other and we very much act like a family together. My friends are pretty wonderful about this! They tell me I’m easy to buy presents for because toys for seven year olds are everywhere!

I am transgender, but I don’t talk about it much. I don’t like talking about it publicly very much because it’s not something I wanna be known for. I wanna be known as a bouncy purple bunny engineer, not for what gender I am. I’m very happy to talk to you about it in private, but please don’t ask me to talk about it in front of a group of people I don’t know. I like being a girl a whole lot, which is good, ’cause I picked it! 🙂

I am a virtual world nut! I like Second Life very very much. Second Life gave me a chance to explore myself and learn that it was okay to be me, and I am very grateful for that. I am a better person today because of virtual worlds. I help run Rocket City and I am very happy to do so because I like helping people make their lives better, too!

I am EXTREMELY shy. I call myself an “outgoing introvert.” Get me in the right setting and I become a chatterbox, but most of the time I just sit there with my mouth shut. I am trying to get better at this, but it’s really hard for me. I just get scared when I’m in a situation that I’m unfamiliar with.
